Completed in 2008, the Villa is built on two levels and has approximately 1500 sq. ft. of interior space.  The main entrance is located on the upper level, which consists of a combined kitchen-dining-living area with high vaulted ceilings and a wall of windows facing the Pacific.  A half bath is also located on this floor.  The dining table has seating for 6 with additional seating at the breakfast bar if needed.   A large patio wraps around 2 sides of the exterior with a private plunge pool at one end and breath-taking views of the Pacific at the other.  We take most of our meals on the patio, enjoying the sights and sounds of the jungle.  A portion of the patio is covered by a palapa, allowing a true rainforest experience without getting wet.

Two private master bedrooms are located on the lower floor, each with en suite bathrooms and balconies facing the ocean.  Both bathrooms offer marble counter tops, double sinks and large natural stone showers with rainwater showerheads.  One master suite is completed with a queen size bed while the other master bedroom has two twin beds.  A bonus room that includes a 60” day bed adjoins both master suites, allowing a total of 5 individuals to sleep comfortably.  A utility room with a full size washer and dryer is also on the lower level.
